Eats have been great today..
eggs toast
taco salad
apple peanut butter 3 whole wheat crackers
hamberger patty with salad tonight at DHs m&ds ..
shake before bed.


workout? lunges, extensions, deadlifts, bicep curls, back lat pull downs.. I was sooo so tired after my legs that I really had to push myself through the rest of the workout.. but i did it :)

tired.. need to leave for supper at Nana's :)

How was my day? Why, thanks for asking;) I had a great day! Have had a headache all day, but I'm realizing its due to no carbs. But today I maintained my eats prgm and that is great satisfaction. Pics....??? Hurry with pictures of your new HOT BOD, woman! Luuuvvvuuuuuuuu, JJ
