ok.. so I did my abs today.. so I can check that off..

I was debating on taking creatine..and I actually took some today after I lifted but I am going to wait and do some more reading.. from what I read so far it actually is more for gaining weight and can make you retain water (two things I would like to avoid thank you very much)

ok.. gotta go clean some more.. ):)
