Ok.. well.. I did well all day until about 4pm. I guess I need to approach this like Dr D suggests too.. increasing f and veggies and decreasing other food sources. I will post my foods later tonight and talk more about this...

Don't feel bad Ruthie, it took me SIX years to get to this mentally!

From fast food to vegetarian to vegan to anything raw to 80/10/10 raw. :)

Go at your own pace, feel comfortable and hey, WOW, you ate raw til dinner today! That's a HUGE accomplishment. Really, it is. You should feel proud of yourself, evaluate how the raw made you feel vs. the cooked, and try again tomorrow. :)
