workout post


yep.. got it done.. just now..
chest/shoulders/bis .. they are all spent.. so i guess I did good.

It was hard to get in there today.. i still dont have my energy back.. cause of my experience last night and probably because of poor eats the last two days.. i have stayed on program eats all day.. fixin to have banana puddin shake ...

I guess I better go.. lots to do before M and D get here.
I just needed to make sure I posted my workout for the day..

I hope the rest of your day went great! It's so good to check your blog, and you have gotten another workout in! I'm also benefitting from the fact that you are already into your second challenge and are tweaking things to work better. I'm gleaning lots of useful info! I have really liked the absolution book and the shaping her body book. Oh...no snow right now except up on the mountains and a little residual in the shade.
