Run/abs Done

Ok.. just a short post.. I did my HIIT this morning.. 20 mins 1.5 miles, 7 HIITS..tired.
I also did 100 incline side twists and hip ups (50)

I am off to pack, go the library, the health food store, and get gas.. all before noon UHG>

OH.. i will do legs, back, and bis in the morning at joels sisters house.. they got a "gym" in their garage :) will be like home :) no excuses while I am gone.. I am going to focus on staying on program foods until my freeday.
