
After the run I waited about 45 mins and made a BANANA PUDDIN shake.. Thats right ladies.. a BPSHAKE! .. it was so good! So good infact I felt guilty for eating it!
heres my recipe: (this is two servings.. the kids shared a serving)
ice/water in the blender
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
l banana
10 Nilla vanilla wafers
1/4 cup cool whip lite.
It tasted just like banana puddin! YUMMY
I am off to do school.. laundry.. and try and stay warm! (cold front is coming in today)..
