Lower body this morning.. I changed it up a bit with doing leg extensions for 12.10.8.6 and burned out with squats... my highest weight on ex = 55lbs... I did leg curls for my hamstrings.. 12.10.8.6. then did lunges! YES>. LUNGES! what in the world am i thinking.. I know.. "i dont want to be able to walk tomorrow..yeah.. that will be fun!"... For abs i did incline crunches but cant go all the way down (yet)..
