up and out the door before 7 this morning :) ..
I ran a mile around the track then did sprints.
see my tracks :)
I did 10 .. about 50 yards each... felt like i would throw up again at about the 8th one but i kept going.
I am tired of being out of shape, feeling bad about myself and having all my clothes be to tight.. doing something about it feels great :)
getting stronger every day !
