short workout post

treadmill 2.6 miles (correction: 1.6 miles! silly me I typed it wrong..thanks Josha:)
20 mins 7 Hiits at level 10 last one at level 10 plus highest incline
Feel good.
abs- 60 reverse crunches and 40 hip ups
pushups 3 sets of 10 with thirty second break between sets.

Today.. I have made progress.. feels good to be done.. now I can work go on art :)

Sounds like a great, effective workout! I don't know how you do 2 miles in 20 minutes! I need video! I can run 6-7 hiits in 20 minutes and I've only gone just over a mile...You must be bustin' some moves!

oh NO.. I typed wrong.. 1.6 miles! not 2.6 .. ok thats funny.. yeah.. like I can run THAT fast! no way. :) .. I will go in a correct it..

I did bust a move though :)

Yeah Ruthie, Doing so good still! Glad you are looking at the moderation angle....I don't want your hair to start falling out again b/c you aren't getting enough protein, etc in your diet! Take care of your fit self!

I'm so relieved! I thought I was moving fast until I read your post...then I began to feel a little...slow. Now, I'm feeling good again! Still not quite as fast as you, but not twice as slow at least..haha! It sounds to me like your abs should be sore today. I'll check back later to find out!
