Wednesday's workout.

I just finished legs, back and bis. I think I will be sore tomorrow.. esp my bis. I love our new weight bench! Using the incline feature is so nice!

I promised a short post after last nights book I wrote.. so thats it for now. I have to clean the house, do some school work and go across town to get some protein (i am completely out!) More later.
