early morning workouts are back :)

We are back to early morning workouts around here... sort of:) ... Yesterday I was up at 6 to lift weighs :)... this morning I got up early was to go run but my running pants were dirty so I decided to go at noonish....
I just got home.. from another WINDY run... 2.5 miles felt like 4 urgh.. wind wind go away already.

I love the early morning workouts to get it done and be on with the day... also it doesnt keep my track practices and other training from interfering with my own personal training :)
