4 miles on the recumbent bike and ab work done. I also stretched like crazy.. My workout yesterday was really really effective! I am sore on my bunny tail on places where I didnt know I had bunny tail :) Feels like that tail is tied in knots! ... its good though.. I have been trying to figure out a workout that would make me sore again.. I think I found it! My quads are sore too! Muscle growth abounds :) yipee!
