5 mins til lost!

Five mins until lost starts.. which I HAVE to watch with DH..
just finished the workout.
Eats were half way ok.. My tummy is hurting now so I figure after this evenings aches it will be easier to stay on clean eats tomorrow.

shoulders
tris

all burnt out!

will I ever be as lean as Kate is on Lost?
hum.. one can dream!

Burnt is good. All is not "lost"...you are on your way to the lean-Kate look!
