Thursdays Done and its not even 9am!

YIPEE! feels so good..
got up
made breakfast for DH and DC (dear children)
drank a glass of water
brought in three sets of weights
did my workout in the living room
feels GREAT!

Heres what I did
legs: squats three sets of 15
legs: deadlifts three sets of 15
back: bent over rows (double arm) three sets of 15
back/arms/chest: "boys" pushups two sets of 15 (with about a 10 sec break in between)
biceps: hammer curls three sets of 15.

now I am off to get ready for the day.. I have thirty minutes before school starts :) {its spose to be in the 60s here today so I might just have to go for a long walk with puppy this afternoon.. we'll see)
