Good News

Ran a mile this morning at the track and my foot was fine... hopefully it will stay that way :)

My plan is to take it easy the next few weeks and slowly build back up my mileage.

It felt so great to be running again. I have really really missed it.

OH.. and we went swimming again last night:) I did laps and then "ran" in the water :)
